2009 Version of Cliques

It used to be East side versus West side, nerds versus jocks but now there's a whole new division of cliques going on. That's right, it's vampires verses wizards at Morgan's school. According to Morgan there are several kids that are vampires. REAL vampires. For real. But I shouldn't worry because she's not a vampire. Nope. She's a wizard. For real. And it's a schoolyard fact that vampires are not allowed to play with wizards and that is precisely why she can not be friends with Ashely. Cause she's a vampire. For real.

Maybe its a good thing AJ is not the social one. I can not imagine those conversations with him. I hope Morgan Ashley another chance, even if she IS a vampire (hehehe).

When I dropped AJ off at Kindergarten this morning they were lining up and most of the boys in his class were pushing and rough housing. AJ shook his head and said "Oh No" and got out of line and went and stood with the girls. I don't know which is worse, Vampires vs Wizards or a boy who gets bothered by normal boy behaviors?

That should say Morgan GIVES Ashley another chance. Sorry for any confusion.

This is why Matt swears he is so glad we have a boy! Not that they don't come with their own set of challenges...

Yikes! I thought the cliques wouldn't start until they were in at least 5th grade!

We're just dealing with little girls chasing around our little one and telling him he's a "ticklish boy." Ugh. Not ready for this at all!

Some points to consider.

* Someone is getting bit. It's the nature of things. This could get interesting.

* Wizards are smarter than vampires. Morgan chose the right path.

* There are always the rebel Vampires/Wizards that chose to be friends with the other side. Dare I say it.... teach her to be a rebel.

* At least wizard wear bright clothing and not gothie black attire! You have a smart girl there.. she chose the cooler path! :)
