We were supposed to go to the pumpkin patch last weekend, but the weather was rainy and cold. The plus of going this weekend: it was warm and sunny. The downside: hundreds of people also postponed their trip to this weekend. I think we musted have waited over a half hour just to get in.

Then we had to wait in line for each of the rides, like the Every Pumpkin Patch Must Have One Barrel Ride.

Despite the bad weather last weekend, the patch was still pretty well picked over. The unchoosen few that were left were rotten. I don't know what they are going to do for the next couple of weeks.

Another time to be thankful for the simpleness of a four year. She still managed to find her perfect "pumpkin".

When we got back from the patch, they had a pile of good quality pumpkins near the wagon ride drop off where we managed to find a pumpkin big enough to carve.
