In the past year three people have died, two of which were found passed out on the ground in our building. Even with the economy, our job instability and other stress issues, this is a pretty unusually high percentage. Taking this one step further we have also had: ex-employees, coworkers at another location and an employee spouse pass away.
On top of this we have had: an employee survive a heart attack, an employee needing the Heimlich, the ambulance called to our office for an allergy attack, three different guys getting casts on a foot, a guy in the hospital for weeks with a intestinal problem, a guy who has cancer... the list goes on and on. I'm sure I'm missing some of the problems.
This is getting down right scary.
Maybe our office is built on an ancient Indian burial ground?
